I was able to get a quote for the work easily and quickly. My emails were also answered very quickly when I wanted to enquire about possible changes to what I had originally wanted done. I was going to have a power flush of the system and the radiators balanced but on the day it was decided that the system was in good order so just balancing was required. I was thrilled with this honesty as I'm sure some would have done the unnecessary work and taken the money anyway! The plumber was very pleasant, courteous and tidy. Everything from start to finish was very professional.
