John Lucas was a fantastic tradesman to work with throughout the project. He took a very professional approach to it right from the start. The import thing for me is that he worked with me ( being someone who has all the fancy ideas in the world), he guided me through patiently, so I was able to make decisions on what type of radiators to use and where to put them up. He was honest and accurate about the total cost of the project, so nothing come with a surprise. He also went the extra mile when I needed him to complete a few other plumbing jobs that were not stated on the original quotation. A very big thank you, John!
