John Lucas from paragas has just restored my faith and trust in tradesmen.john is the most genuine person i have dealt with in a long time.john fitted us into his busy schedule and was on my doorstep within an hour.John introduced himself, listened to what i had to say about the problem and set about systematicaly finding the fault. John explained the fault, corrected it and gave some more advice. The fault did not require any parts to rectify the problem and when asked how much the bill would be john would not take payment as it was a simple solution to fix the fault.I would like to say that John has just gained another customer for life and we would recommend paragas to everyone we know.
